Refund and Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want each of our customers to be happy with their Cufflink Collars ® experience. We handle returns on a case by case basis.
We are only able to accept returns on Cufflink Collars ® products purchased directly from Cufflink Collars ® with an original sales invoice provided.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached, within 30 days of purchasing.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We strive to send perfection but sometimes a defective item may slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund for those items that are returned back to us unwashed or unworn. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used.
**Please remember our products are limited edition and sometimes an exchange is not always possible.

EXCHANGES
Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or hold items for exchange.
Shipping
We cannot change your order after it has been placed (i.e. we cannot change size or color).
We also do not have any control of the item once it has been shipped.
